As of right now, we are not issuing refunds BUT if there are any issues with your order, such as missing an item in the order, please reach out to us at wonderpuppyart@gmail.com within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving your order and we will make sure to get you the correct items right away.

3. Details about your order issue
